For patients travelling to Istanbul
One dentist.Yours, from start to finish.
MSG Dent is not a clinic with a coordinator, a sales team and whichever dentist is free on the day. It is one dentist in Mecidiyeköy, Istanbul, who plans your treatment, does it himself, and is still the person answering when you are back home.

A real plan back, within a day.
We do not publish a price list, because a price list for teeth is a guess about a mouth nobody has looked at. Send us what your teeth actually look like and you will get the opposite: an itemised plan, the materials named, the number of days, and the price for your case.
Fifteen minutes with the dentist, on video, in your timezone.
Not with an advisor. With the person who will be holding the instruments. Ask the awkward questions — how much tooth comes off, what happens if it fails, why this and not that. It costs nothing and most people book flights afterwards, not before.

The honest part
You have read the “Turkey teeth” stories.
Here is what actually goes wrong.
Almost every one of those cases shares a single cause: healthy teeth ground down to pegs for crowns, when veneers — or nothing at all — would have been the right answer. It happens in high-volume clinics working to a package price, where the fastest treatment is the most profitable one and nobody sees you twice.
That is a business model, not a country. And it is the opposite of how this practice is built.
- 01The least the case allows. If a veneer will do it, you do not get a crown. If whitening and two composites will do it, you do not get ten veneers. We will talk you out of work you have come here to buy — and we will lose the booking sometimes.
- 02You see your own prepared teeth.Photographs of the preparation, before anything is fitted over it. If a clinic will not show you that, there is a reason.
- 03The same face, every appointment. One dentist means the plan cannot get lost between people. It also means we cannot take twelve patients a day, which is precisely the point.
- 04One dentist is not the same as alone.Complex surgery, orthodontics and gum treatment are planned together with the relevant specialist, and our aesthetic work goes to the same dental technician every time — which is why the shade matches from one visit to the next. What does not change is who is responsible for the whole thing.
- 05No pressure in the chair.Nobody upgrades your plan on day two. What was written is what happens; if anything must change, you hear the reason and the price before it does.
Step two · the calendar
How many days
do I actually need?
The most common question, and the one most clinics answer with whatever number sounds convenient. Here are the real schedules — including the trips that need two visits, which is the answer nobody wants to give.
- Day 1
Examination, X-rays, photographs
We agree the shape, length and shade of your teeth together. Nothing is prepared before you have seen and approved the plan.
- Day 2
Preparation and digital scan
Teeth are prepared conservatively and temporaries are fitted the same day. You leave with teeth, never without.
- Day 3
Rest day
Your temporaries are the rehearsal. Live with them, eat with them, photograph them — then tell us what to change.
Yours - Day 4
Try-in
The finished veneers are tried in unglazed. Shade, length and midline are checked in daylight, with your face, not on a model.
- Day 5
Bonding
Final bonding and bite adjustment. Photographs and written aftercare in English.
- Day 6
Check and fly home
A short morning check. You are free to fly the same day.
- Day 1
Examination, X-rays, planning
Existing crowns and root canals are assessed. If anything underneath needs treating first, you are told on day one — not halfway through.
- Day 2
Preparation and temporaries
Preparation and same-day temporary crowns.
- Day 3
Rest day
Free day in Istanbul.
Yours - Day 4
Substructure try-in
Fit and bite checked before the ceramic is layered.
- Day 5
Shade and try-in
Colour matched against your own neighbouring teeth in daylight.
- Day 6
Cementation
Final cementation, bite refinement, photographs.
- Day 7
Check and fly home
Final check and written aftercare.
- Day 1
Examination and 3D scan
A CBCT scan shows the bone. The plan — how many implants, where, and whether grafting is needed — is written before anything is done.
- Day 2
Implant surgery
Placed under local anaesthetic. Temporary teeth are fitted where the case allows, so you do not fly home with a gap.
- Day 3
Rest and review
A quiet day. Swelling is normal and peaks around now.
Yours - Day 4
Check and fly home
Wound check and written aftercare. Healing continues at home.
Second trip: the implants are uncovered, impressions taken, and your final teeth fitted. Same rhythm as a crown case — try-in, adjust, fit.
- Day 1
CT scan, examination, written plan
Bone volume is measured in three dimensions. The implant system is named in your plan — Straumann, Osstem, Hiossen or NT — before anything is done.
- Day 2
Surgery
Hopeless teeth are removed and four to six implants placed in the same session. An oral surgeon joins the team when the case calls for it.
- Day 3
Fixed temporary teeth
A screw-retained temporary bridge is fitted within 24 hours. You eat soft food the same evening — with teeth.
- Day 4–8
Healing and adjustments
Bite and comfort checks every other day. Rest days in between.
Yours - Day 9–10
Check and fly home
Sutures reviewed, written aftercare in English, and your second trip booked for three to six months later.
- Trip 2
Final bridge
Once the implants have integrated, the definitive zirconia or hybrid bridge is tried in and fitted over five to seven days.
- Day 1
Examination and cleaning
Scaling and polishing first — whitening on top of tartar gives an uneven result.
- Day 2
In-office whitening
One session, roughly 90 minutes, plus home trays to take with you.
- Day 1
Examination, scan, photographs
A digital scan replaces impressions. Your simulated result is shown before you commit.
- Day 2
Fitting and instructions
First aligners fitted, attachments bonded, and the full series planned.
Progress is reviewed by video call and photographs. Aligner sets are shipped to your address.
These are the schedules we actually run, not the shortest ones possible. Your own plan may be a day shorter or longer — it is written out before you book a flight.
What goes in your mouth
Cheap work is cheap
because of what is inside it.
The country a crown was made in tells you nothing. The block it was milled from, the system the implant belongs to and how much tooth was removed to fit it tell you everything — so those are the things we put in writing.

What goes in your mouth
These are the systems we work with.
Not a wall of logos — the reason each one is here. Your written plan names the exact system used in your case before you fly.
One of the most extensively documented implant systems in the literature. Components are available worldwide, which matters when you fly home.
One of the highest-volume implant systems in the world. A wide range of diameters and lengths makes it easier to choose the size the bone actually allows.
Osstem’s US arm — same connection geometry, FDA-cleared manufacturing. The surface treatment targets early osseointegration.Made in Türkiye. Components and technical support are sourced locally, so replacement parts never involve a wait.
Zirconia and ceramic blocks. Their graded translucency keeps the natural opacity near the gum line, where restorations most often look artificial.
- 01
The brand is named in your plan
Before you fly, your written plan states which implant system, which zirconia block and which ceramic will be used in your mouth. If it is not written down, do not accept it — from us or from anyone else.
- 02
Minimal preparation, always
The images you have seen of tiny grey stumps are the result of crowns fitted where veneers would have done. We prepare the least the case allows and we show you the photographs of your own prepared teeth.
- 03
One dentist, from first photo to last check
No coordinator hands you to a dentist you meet on the day. The person who plans your case is the person who does it.
- 04
Your records leave with you
X-rays, photographs, the exact materials used and your aftercare — as files, in English, so any dentist in your country can pick up from where we left off.
The question everybody is really asking
“And if something
goes wrong at home?”
It is the reason people hesitate, and it deserves a straight answer rather than a reassuring tone of voice. Here is ours.
- 01Your diagnosis, in plain English
- 02Each item of treatment, with quantities
- 03The brand of every material used
- 04The warranty period, item by item
- 05Appointments, and the days you must be here
- 06The itemised price, and the total
- 07What is not included
Nothing is added to this later. If your mouth turns out to need something else, you get a revised plan — and the choice to say no.
In writing, before you pay
The warranty period for every crown, veneer and implant is written on your treatment plan. Not promised on a call.
If something fails, we remake it
Where a restoration fails through no fault of use, it is remade at our cost. Your flight is yours; the dentistry is ours.
Problems you can solve at home
Small issues — a loose temporary, a high bite — are often fixable locally. We speak to your local dentist directly and send the technical details, so you are not flying back for a five-minute adjustment.
We answer after you land
The same WhatsApp thread you started with stays open. You are not passed to an aftercare department.

Getting here
Mecidiyeköy, Şişli.
The middle of the city.
Mecidiyeköy is the business centre of Şişli — hotels, pharmacies and restaurants are within walking distance, and Nişantaşı, Beşiktaş and Taksim are all a short ride away. It is a working district, not a tourist strip; that is why the clinic is here and not on a shopping street.
Most European and Gulf carriers. Havaist bus to Mecidiyeköy stops a short walk away.
Mostly low-cost carriers, on the Asian side.
- Metro M2Mecidiyeköy station is a few minutes on foot. Taksim in 10 minutes, the Bosphorus in 20.
- MetrobusThe crosstown express bus line stops at Mecidiyeköy — useful if you are staying on the Asian side.
- Taxi and ride appsBoth work well here. The clinic address in Turkish is written on your plan so you can show a driver.
Open the route, don’t work it out
If someone is travelling with you
- They can wait comfortablyA quiet waiting area, Wi-Fi and coffee. Appointments run to time, so there is no all-day wait.
- Or they can exploreThe M2 metro at the door reaches the Bosphorus, Taksim and the old city. We will tell you honestly how long you will actually be in the chair, so they can plan.
- They can sit inIf it helps you to have someone in the room, they are welcome. Say so beforehand.
Where to stay
Ten minutes on foot
beats a taxi every time.
You will walk to the clinic several times in a week, sometimes with a numb jaw. Stay close. We take no commission on any of this and we do not need to know where you booked — these are simply the searches already centred on our door.
